While reading the article i became curious :
- Did i not knew this before?
- Were most of the readers not aware of this before?
While it is wonderful that a professional of size of Satya Nadella has spoken of it and the world has started talking about it again, the โActionโ that follows needs due attention. Nice gesture from Mr Nadella.
Now that Mr Nadella has brought this #Awareness, what do we do with it? I? You? We?
Few questions i sensed can support us with direction :
- Where did this late night email come from?
- Why did this late night email come?
- Who has sent this late night email?
- What is the purpose of sending this late night email?
- What is the expectation from this late night email?
- What am is expected to do after receiving this late night email?
- Is the sender ok if i send the reply on the next working hour?
- Am is expected to reply instantly to this late night email?
- Am is ok to wait top reply to this late night email even if it ok to wait?
